Notes: E. P. Jayarajan resigned as Industries Minister on October 14, 2016 following allegations of nepotism.  M. M. Mani was sworn in as Electricity Minister on Nov. 22, 2016 and Industries was allocated to A. C. Moideen. Cooperation and Tourism handled by Mr. Moideen was allocated to Kadakampally Surendran who was handling Electricity and Devaswom. Mr. Surendran retained Devaswom.
Transport Minister A. K. Saseendran resigned on March 26, 2017 over lewd phone conversation with a woman. He was re-inducted on February 1, 2018 after a court acquitted him on withdrawal of  petition by the complainant. Thomas Chandy, who became Transport Minister following resignation of Mr. Saseendran, resigned  on November 15, 2017 over allegations of land grab.
E. P. Jayarajan was re-inducted to the Cabinet as Industries Minister on August 14, 2018. Higher Education was taken away from C. Raveendranath and allocated to K. T. Jaleel. Local Administration, handled by Mr. Jaleel was handed over to Mr. Moideen.
Mr. Mathew T. Thomas resigned as Minister for Water Resources on November 26, 2018, on the basis of a party decision, and K. Krishnankutty of his party replaced him the next day.
Mr. K. T. Jaleel resigned as Minister on April 13, 2021 after the Lok Ayukta found him guilty of nepotism and his portfolios were handled by the Chief Minister until new LDF Government assumed office on May 20, 2021.
