Budget Announcements 2026-27 by LDF Government (Later revised by UDF Govt.)

1. Monthly salary of Anganwadi workers increased by ₹1,000.
2. Monthly salary of Anganwadi helpers increased by ₹500.
3. Monthly salary of ASHA workers increased by ₹1,000.
4. Monthly salary of pre-primary teachers increased by ₹1,000.
5. Daily wage of school cooks increased by ₹25.
6. Monthly salary of literacy motivators increased by ₹1,000.
7. Wages of contract and daily wage employees increased by 5 per cent.
8. Journalists’ pension increased by ₹1,500 per month.

54. Two per cent interest subvention on loans for the purchase of electric autorickshaws.
55. ₹20 crore for installing solar-based charging units at auto stands.
